Social and Health Workers: Uil Raises Alarm at Villa Sofia and Civico Hospitals: “Confused and Embarrassing Situation”
The union describes the situation as a “powder keg” and states: “About two hundred workers are unable to cover their actual shifts. Within just a few working hours, they are forced to mobilize, sanitize, and feed patients. This intolerable situation is creating difficulties for both nurses and coordinators alike.”
